Health Equity for All

We are committed to ensuring equitable access to healthcare, particularly for individuals with non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Through collaboration with community health promoters and the use of platforms like Vineskenya, we identify, assess, and refer patients for diagnosis and treatment, bridging gaps in healthcare delivery.

Stronger Communities Through Partnerships

We believe in the power of collaboration. By working with organizations like Tiko-Africa, KEHPCA, Hospice Care Kenya, Usawa Agenda, and the Kisii County Government, we build networks that strengthen communities and amplify our collective impact.

Empowering Healthcare Providers

We invest in capacity-building for healthcare workers, community health promoters, volunteers, caregivers, and data collectors. By enhancing their skills and knowledge, we improve service delivery and ensure better health outcomes for those we serve.

Education for a Brighter Future

We care deeply about the education of children and youth. In partnership with the Ministry of Education and the Presidency Office, we conduct foundational literacy and numeracy assessments for children aged 6-16 years, ensuring no child is left behind in their learning journey.

Compassionate Palliative Care

We provide holistic care for individuals with palliative care needs, including disease assessment, referrals, home care, and follow-ups. Our goal is to offer comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during challenging times.
